How does it work?

The DSH hopper is positioned beneath a loose bulk material inlet, suspended steadily above a receptacle or loading zone. As material accumulates, the hopper adjusts via springs, gradually widening the flow control gap to maintain balance between incoming and outgoing product. Our innovative configuration eliminates air pockets, shaping a flow that compresses into a dense column upon exit. This solid discharge descends dust-free for significant distances, seamlessly integrating with the pile below, thereby reducing dust emissions and product wastage.
