Telescopic loading spouts

Review

Explore our extensive array of solutions for bulk material loading. Loading sleeves ensure the dust-free and secure discharge of powdered and granular materials into trucks, wagons, tanks, ships, and warehouses.

How do telescopic sleeves work?

The fundamental concept of the loading sleeve system involves the gravity-based unloading of powdered or granular bulk material through the transport arch, with simultaneous dust collection within the structure. A sensor-controlled mechanical winch automatically adjusts the height, ensuring the closure of the product loading area. The system can incorporate cones, dust collectors, sensors, and ATEX versions. Two primary variations of telescopic sleeves are available for open and closed loading configurations.

Telescopic sleeve for open loading

The telescopic open loading sleeve fills open trucks, ships, and warehouses. At the beginning of loading, the sleeve is lowered onto the side of the truck/ship or basement and stops at the lowest point. The material falls freely through the internal cones. A flexible dust cover on the underside of the sleeve keeps dust out of the loading area. The level sensors installed on the device continuously monitor the product level. The sleeve is moved to the upper standby position when the loading is complete. Telescopic open-loading sleeves are available in a wide range of models and configurations depending on the type of bulk material, load capacity, and application requirements.

Telescopic sleeve for closed loading

The telescopic closed loading sleeve is designed for filling tank trucks, barges, and ships with closed containers. The sleeve descends and halts upon reaching the top of the tank. Subsequently, the product flows, falling freely through the internal structure of the loader as the tank is filled. The air within the tank is directed through the structure and discharged via the air outlet. A level sensor positioned at the cone's discharge point monitors the product level in the tank, ceasing operation when the tank reaches total capacity. Upon completion of loading, the telescopic sleeve returns to the upper standby position.
