Operating principle of venting panel
Explosion protection of equipment with bursting discs is simple and reliable. During normal operation of the process equipment, the membrane hermetically closes the ventilation hole; in the event of an explosion, a sharp surge in pressure occurs inside the equipment, which, when reaching a value of 0.1 bar, ruptures the explosion-proof panel, releasing excess pressure from the equipment. Thus, the bursting panel protects the process equipment from pressure increases to values dangerous for the equipment.
Optional explosion sensors allow you to stop the technology in a timely manner to avoid repeated dust explosions.

Vent PRO F
A single-layer, flat venting panel. It is used for explosion protection equipment in which there is no discharge, usually for bucket elevators and vessels.

Vent PRO D
A single-layer, convex venting panel. It is used for explosion protection of equipment operating under low discharge, usually for dust collection systems.

Vent PRO T
Three-layer, convex ventilation panel, available in rectangular and round design. It is used for explosion protection of equipment operating under high discharge, usually for pneumatic transport and dust collection systems.

- High resistance to discharge

Vent PRO S
