  • malt
  • barley
Problem:
  • the need for an aspiration system for the operation of the separator
  • explosion hazard
Technological equipment:
  • separator
Our services and equipment:
  • bag filter cyclones TAMA CNSB-TI
  • rotary valves
  • commissioning

Some technological equipment at an grain storage cannot operate without an dust collection system, and the quality of its operation depends on the quality of the technological equipment. The separator dust collection system is a process filtration system and requires the highest quality and reliability of equipment.

We installed an dust collection system, which ensured high efficiency and high-quality operation of the separator.

Applied solutions and equipment

Filtration: the used cyclone bag filter CNSB-TI, thanks to cyclone type preseparation, ensures high filtration efficiency and long service life of the filter elements. A stable pressure drop in the filter ensured stable operation of the separator.

Performance: Cyclonic preseparation system and high quality filter elements provide 99.99% filtration rate and <10 mg/m3 emissions.

Safety: the dust collection system is designed in full compliance with current ATEX explosion protection standards and guarantees safety in the event of a dust explosion.

Explosion protection

The installation of VMP explosionvinting panels with an explosion vent duct ensured the safety of equipment and personnel in the event of a dust explosion.

process filtration,

Continuous operation

The regenerating system for filter elements with compressed air, by controlling the pressure drop, allows you to operate the filter 24/7/365.
